The Basic Prosecution in Prishtina, has informed today that an indictment has been filed against eight people in connection with the case of participation in the beating in Graçanica.
According to the press release, to the defendants C.Z., L.K., B.Z., D.N., M.J., D.R. and N.R., an indictment has been filed as they committed the criminal offense of “Participation in beatings”, whereas the defendant M.R., due to the criminal offense, was charged with “Grievous Bodily Injury”…
