Over 46 percent of the votes have already been counted in Gjilan. And the candidate of VV, Alban Hyseni leads with over 45 percent of the votes, followed by the LDK candidate, Lutfi Haziri with 42 percent of the votes.

So, it seems that Gjilan will go to the runoff.
