The Basic Prosecutor’s Office in Prishtina informs today that it has detained a woman in Lipjan, due to the suspicion that she has committed the criminal offense of “False notification or report”.
According to the prosecution, it is suspected that the woman made a false report to the law enforcement authorities, on 21.04.2021, against her husband, for the criminal offense of “Domestic Violence”, against whom a criminal procedure was conducted and the same was found guilty by decision of the competent Court.
