13 deaths and 574 new cases of COVID-19 have been reported in the last 24 hours in Kosovo, reports the National Institute of Public Health of Kosovo (NIPHK). During the last 24 hours, in the Laboratory of Molecular Microbiology in NIPHK and private laboratories with RT-PCR method, as well as public and private laboratories with RAT method, were tested a total of 3,570 samples taken from UCHSK and tracking of case contacts in the field, of which 574 cases resulted positive.
The total number of positive cases is 77,827 cases out of 358,537 people suspected of being infected with the SARS-CoV-2 virus, while the total number of deaths is 1,715. During the last 24 hours, 394 patients have been cured, the total number of cured to date is 65,060 cases, while the number of active cases is 11,058.
