Kosovo has recently been facing record daily numbers of people affected by COVID-19. The clinics in the University Clinical Center of Kosovo are full of patients.
To create more space for the treatment of patients with coronavirus, on September 20, the Minister of Health in the Government of Kosovo, Armend Zemaj, said that the ‘COVID-19 Hospital’ with 500 beds, will be ready very soon. He referred to the hospital which was initially planned to be an Emergency, but the works haven’t begun yet.
