Incumbent Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti paid homage to the grave of former President Ibrahim Rugova on the occasion of the 13th anniversary of independence.
He said that with the declaration of Independence, Kosovo became part of the Euro-Atlantic family. He said that the citizens will always be grateful to former President Ibrahim Rugova and all those who have gave their lives for the freedom of the country.
