While reporting to the Parliamentary Committee on Security Issues, the President of the Kosovo Police Union, Imer Zeqiri said that KP members deserve a more dignified treatment. He said that the members of the police face great challenges and according to him, the government should take their requests into consideration. At the meeting of the Committee on Security Issues, Zeqiri said that since the beginning of the pandemic, 25 police officers have died.
Zeqiri expressed concern about the treatment of police officers where he said that the police should have a more dignified treatment. He also expressed dissatisfaction with the salary coefficient for the Kosovo Police.
