The the rapporteur on Kosovo in the European Parliament, Viola von Cramon said today that the Council of the European Union should lift visas for Kosovo as soon as possible.
In the debate on the progress report for Kosovo, Albania, Serbia and Northern Macedonia in the EP, Viola Von Cramon said that it is the last time for the EU Council to liberalize visas for Kosovo.
