The chairman of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Kadri Veseli, said that the Kosovo delegation for talks with Serbia has moved from state talks to finalize the agreement, into talks on parts of the territories which are under the administration of the Republic of Kosovo.
A day after the signing of the so-called “economic normalization” agreement at the White House in Washington, Veseli said that any talks should have a concept of an agreement which is final.
