The US Ambassador to Kosovo, Philip Kosnett, has stated about the arrests of eight Kosovo police officers on suspicion of committing several criminal offenses.
Kosnett says no one should be above the law, stressing that it is encouraging to see institutions acting on a citizen’s report.
