“We have shared ties for decades and we have them stronger than ever, we have worked to strengthen these ties in economy, culture, tourism and education. We also have family ties, strong ties, and I think that the relations between Ulcinj and Kosovo are permanent. 40:08 We offer the hospitality and security that Kosovars do not find in any other country and that is the main competence that makes us special, the competition has become a little bigger than it was, but I think that for Kosovars, Ulcin is number one . Even in our offer, we constantly adjust it now, even with the liberalization of visas, Kosovars will be even more satisfied, I don’t think they will come less, but more to Ulcinj, because it is good, they have freer movement to see some European countries, but in the end there is nothing better than Ulcinj. 41:14 With the work of the government and the municipality, in Ulcinj we have managed to have two investments from Kosovo and that is a very big achievement. For Kosovar investments, Ulqin is more preferred, compared to Albania… 42:18 The prices are following the growth trend which has followed the whole world and also in Ulqin, but I think the prices are more affordable and there is an improvement there. My call is very simple, let them come where their heart tells them to come”, emphasizes Bajrakatari.
