Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov has called on Russian soldiers to lay down their arms, offering a full amnesty and 5 million rubles. Reznikov wrote on Twitter that if Russian soldiers continue to behave like invaders, there will be no mercy for them.
“Russian soldiers! They brought you to our land to kill and to die. Do not carry out criminal orders. We guarantee you a full amnesty and 5 million rubles if you lay down your arms. For those who continue to behave like invaders, there will be no mercy,” he wrote.
