The Ukrainian defense minister is one of the officials who will meet with Russian counterparts. This will be the first meeting since the start of the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Ukrainian authorities have demanded an immediate ceasefire before talks begin.
The talks will take place on the border between Ukraine and Belarus, and will be attended by Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksii Reznikov and Presidential Adviser Mykhailo Podolyak. We recall that the Russian aggression against Ukraine began in the early morning of February 24.
