The Basic Court in Prishtina has announced the verdict against the accused R.I. and B.G. for the criminal offense of ‘exercising influence’, according to which they were sentenced to 20 months imprisonment and a fine of 1 thousand euros.
It is announced that the court in accordance with Article 62 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo CCRK, imposes an additional sentence to the accused R.I. and B.G. for “Prohibition of exercising functions in the public administration or public service, for a period of 2 years, after the execution (serving) of the sentence.
