The Public Procurement Regulatory Commission and USAID in Kosovo have launched two new modules dealing with contract management and contract performance evaluation. These two modules were said to improve the public procurement by making it more transparent, effective and accountable.
Osman Vishaj, chairman of the Public Procurement Regulatory Commission, said that these two modules will enable the improvement of public financial management in general.
