The public enterprise Trepça has announced that they dismissed the employee E.M, after he was charged based on the Labor Law for the disciplinary and material responsibility of the employees of Trepça.
“On 30.10.2024, Mr. E.M. was temporarily dismissed. By decision of the Chief Executive Officer of Trepça J.S.C after the indictment was filed, based on Article 73 par.1, under paragraph 1.1 of Law no. 03/L-212 of Labor as well as article 19 par.1, under paragraph 1.1 of Regulation no.prot: 2906 dated 30.7.2020 for the disciplinary and material responsibility of the employees of Trepça J.S.C”, reads the announcement.
In recent months, this company has dismissed several miners.
