26 years ago, on November 17, 1994, the Presidency of the People’s Movement of Kosovo, after analyzing the situation and requests from the field, decided to name the armed units led by PMK – Kosovo Liberation Army.
On the same day, it was decided to appoint its highest commanding body – the Central Headquarters of the Kosovo Liberation Army, and the decision to start issuing press releases.
