The three letters of intent between Kosovo and Serbia on aviation, rail and the highway are expected to become agreements at the September meeting, in Washington. Although this good intention has not been realized, despite the mediation of the U.S. special envoy for talks between Kosovo and Serbia, Richard Grenell, 10 months ago, there are great hopes that these agreements will be implemented this time, in the U.S. capital.
The Minister of Infrastructure, Arban Abrashi, says for KosovaPress, that all indications are that the letters of intent will become agreements at the September meeting, between the Prime Minister, Avdullah Hoti, and the Serbian President, Aleksandar Vucic.
