Kosovo must secure the support of at least thirty countries to join the Council of Europe. Following the submission of the application on Thursday, the consideration of which is not expected to be delayed, Kosovo institutions are being asked to be more dynamic in diplomacy to secure votes for membership in the Council of Europe.
