President Vjosa Osmani will represent Kosovo in the in the session, which will be held today from 16:00 according to our local time.
At the session of the United Nations Security Council (UNSC), the leader of our country is expected to speak about progress, the implementation of reforms, human rights, democracy, the rule of law and other areas of importance for Kosovo.
She will also talk about the need for justice for the crimes committed by Serbia in Kosovo.
During her stay in New York, President Osmani is expected to meet and coordinate with some of the permanent representatives of friendly countries at the United Nations.
