The UK Ambassador to Kosovo, Nicholas Abbott, said that the Constitutional Court should be able to deliberate independently, without fear or favour, on the legality of political actions by all the institutions.
He wrote that the decisions of the Constitution should be respected by all.
The British diplomat said that the Constitution and the processes it covers, should be respected by all political actors.
