The Kosovo Specialist Chambers in The Hague have assigned the Trial Panel in the case of Salih Mustafa.
This news was made known through a press release issued by the Specialist Chambers, which states that the Trial Panel shall promptly hold a trial preparation conference with the parties, after which it shall set a time limit for any motions to be filed by them prior to the opening of the trial.
