The trial of former member of the Kosovo Liberation Army, Salih Mustafa, continues in the Specialized Chambers in The Hague. In this hearing, the fifth witness of the Office of the Special Prosecutor who defended himself and bears the code W04603, is expected to be heard.
In the trial against Mustafa so far, four witnesses have been heard, all protected, whose identities have not been made public. The trial against Mustafa started on September 15, 2021 and he is the first in the Kosovo Specialized Chambers in The Hague and Salih Mustafa is the first to be arrested by the Special Court.
