The three institutional heads of Kosovo are participating in the ceremony celebrating the 110th anniversary of Albania’s independence in Vlora.
The president, Vjosa Osmani, the prime minister, Albin Kurti, the head of the parliament, Glauk Konjufca, along with their counterparts in Albania, placed a wreath of flowers near the grave of Ismail Qemali.
The leaders paraded under the company of the ceremonial guard in Albania.
Today, Albania celebrates Independence and Flag Day.
