The Supreme Court decided to return the case against the former Secretary of the Ministry of Health, Ilir Tolaj, and five other people accused of corruption, to the Court of Appeals.
The Panel of the Supreme Court approved the appeals of the lawyers of the defendants, Ilir Tolaj, Zenel Kuçi, Bekim Fusha, Valentina Haxhijaj, Florije Tahiri and Remzije Thaqi and annulled the judgment of the Basic Court-Prishtina-Department for Serious Crimes and the judgment of the Court of Appeals of Kosovo and the case was returned to the second instance court for reconsideration.
