The snow that fell last night made the morning in the capital frosty. The Municipality of Pristina says that since last night it has started dealing with the roads, but the low temperatures in the morning have made even the salt no longer have an effect.
In a response to KosovaPress, the Directorate of Public Services says that currently all roads are passable and that their work is ongoing.
