The second witness of the Specialist Prosecutor’s Office has started to be heard in the Specialist Chambers in The Hague, where the trial against the former leaders of the KLA War Veterans Association is taking place. Halil Berisha, who was a journalist at the time of the incident, is testifying in The Hague about this issue, for which he said at the beginning of the session that he does not feel happy to be a witness but that he was obliged to do so.
