The request of the Vetëvendosje Movement MP, Enveri Dugolli to the Specialized Prosecutor in The Hague to investigate the Dubrava massacre is being considered as a legal test for the Specialist Chambers.
Despite having started two letters against the SPO, Dugolli has not received any response, but believes that this court has subject-matter jurisdiction to handle his request as well.
The Specialized Prosecutor’s Office stated for KosovaPress that they do not comment on their investigations in the media.
