The High Representative for Foreign Policy and Security of the European Union, Josep Borrell, has reacted after the start of the removal of the barricades in Rudara.
He wrote that diplomacy prevailed in reducing tensions in the north of Kosovo.
“Violence can never be a solution. Welcome to the responsible leadership of President Vucic and Prime Minister Kurti,” Borrell wrote on Twitter.
He added that urgent progress in the dialogue is now needed.
In Rudare, the removal of the barricades started a few minutes ago.
