The acting Minister of Agriculture, Besian Mustafa, has signed two administrative instructions regarding the mandatory registration of companion animals (dogs, cats), as a measure to prevent the abandonment of dogs. This was announced by the non-governmental organization “Animal Rights Foundation”.
