The Specialist Prosecutor’s Office has requested that Salih Mustafa be sentenced to 35 years in prison.
In the closing statement, the prosecution said that Mustafa bears criminal responsibility for the murder of a person, according to them, in a detention complex in the village of Zllasha. The former commander of the Kosovo Liberation Army is also accused of arbitrary detention, cruel treatment, and torture.
