The President of the European Olympic Committee (EOC), Spyros Capralos and the general secretary, Raffaelo Pagnozi, stayed for two days in Kosovo where they were informed about the development and advancement of sport in Kosovo, especially after Kosovo was declared the winner for the organization of the Mediterranean Games in the year 2030.
On this occasion, the President of the Olympic Committee of Kosovo, Ismet Krasniqi, said that Capralos expressed himself very happy with the work he has seen in Kosovo in the field of sports and that their support in this direction is very great.
Meanwhile, the President of the European Olympic Committee (EOC), Spyros Capralos, emphasized that he was amazed by the development of sports in Kosovo and the budget that is being devoted to this field by the state institutions.
He added that all of Europe has turned its eyes to Kosovo to see how the Mediterranean Games will be organized in 2030.
During Monday, the head of the European Olympic Committee also met with the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, as well as with the Minister of the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports, Hajrulla Çeku.
