With the adoption of the law on early retirement, every police officer who turns 55 will go to early retirement, while he is expected to receive 60 percent of his salary as a pension. Meanwhile, 528 police officers with chronic diseases are being forced to go to work.
The President of the KP Union, Imer Zeqiri, stated for KosovaPress, that the law on early retirement is necessary and should be processed at all costs this year.
