The Kosovo Police Union has reacted after the attack on police officers in the north of the country, where ten police officers were injured, while it has called on the relevant institutions to give an epilogue to this case and all other cases that have as object of attack Kosovo Police.
During the operation in northern Mitrovica and Zvecan, a group of protesters attacked and obstructed police officers on duty, as well as blocked the roads with vehicles, used firearms, hand grenades, tear gas, other shock bombs, where as a result, ten police officers suffered bodily injuries, who received medical treatment, while material damage was caused to some official vehicles.
