The opposition parties have expressed their objections regarding the Draft Law on the Sovereign Fund, which is in public consultation.
According to them, this fund is unconstitutional, and even without being approved in the Assembly, the opposition says that it will send it to the Constitutional Court, stressing that this Court is irrelevant for the position.
