The Ombudsperson, Naim Qelaj, in November last year paid a three-day visit to the Detention Center of the Specialist Chambers in The Hague, and met with all detainees, except Salih Mustafa. In an interview for KosovaPress, Qelaj talks about the concerns of former KLA soldiers who are being held on allegations of war crimes, while warning that the report on this visit will be sent to the Assembly of Kosovo in March. Qelaj also talks about the justice system, the Law on Salaries, the payment of electricity for the northern municipalities and the complaints against the anti-COVID-19 measures.
