The Ombudsperson is “concerned” after the exclusion of some categories from the Draft Law on Minimum Salary

The Ombudsperson Institution has not yet received any complaint regarding the Draft Law on Minimum Salary, approved in principle, but states that they are following with concern the objections to the changes this process have involved.

The Ombudsperson, Naim Qelaj in an interview for KosovaPress says that they are analyzing the process of drafting this draft law and that in the coming days they will come up with a position.
