Today, the new building of the Basic Court in Gjakova was inaugurated, Prime Minister Albin Kurti and the Minister of Justice, Albulena Haxhiu participated.
Prime Minister Kurti said that with the construction of the new building of this court on the street where the prosecutor’s office and the police are located, a very important pillar of the rule of law and democratic state-building of the Republic of Kosovo has been presented.
Kurti said that the working conditions in this building are dignified both for the workers and for the citizens of this region.
The head of the parliamentary group of Vetëvendosje Mimoza Kusari-Lila and MP Agon Batusha also took part in this inauguration.
This building, according to Prime Minister Kurti, was started to be built in 2015, and in these three years, according to him, it has been worked very diligently and about two million euros have been invested.
