The mayor of Prishtina, Shpend Ahmeti has announced that the municipality he leads to date has paid about 1 million euros to its citizens affected by Covid for medical expenses.
Ahmeti wrote on Facebook, citizens under the age of 65 received 50 euros. Whereas, pensioners received 100 euros. “About 20,000 citizens,” he wrote.
