A delegation of the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), accompanied by the team of the Kosovo Millennium Foundation, today visited the “Termokos” heating plant, where they discussed the Prishtina HeatSave project, a modern system of billing and measurement of heating expenses from “Termokos”.
This project enables the customers of the “Termokos” heating plant to switch from billing according to the measured space to billing based on consumption.
