The Speaker of the Assembly of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, said that women should be directly involved in the dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia, and they should have constant consultations both at the political level and the citizens themselves. Osmani in her speech at the conference organized by KFOR in Kosovo, on the 20th anniversary of UN Security Council Resolution 1325 on Women, Peace and Security, also mentioned missing persons and the importance of punishing sexual violence and other crimes that were committed during the war in Kosovo.
The head of the legislative institution in Kosovo said that the integration of women in peace processes can be achieved when equality is guaranteed in all areas.
