Students who are residents of the dormitories are selling their residence and canteen ID cards through social networks.
There are over 2,000 students whose application to become residents in the dormitories was rejected, but some of those who won the right, are doing business with those cards.
The director of student accommodation at the Student Center, Isak Beha, told KosovaPress that the dormitories are continuously monitored and controlled, and those students who tend to manipulate their ID cards are expelled from the dormitories.
