The hearing of the fourth witness in the trial against the former member of the Kosovo Liberation Army, Salih Mustafa, ended today in the Specialized Chambers in The Hague. His testimony was heard in closed session to the public. At the end of the hearing, the presiding judge Mappie Veldt-Foglia announced that the hearing of the fifth witness, who is also protected, will be heard on November 2.
The fourth witness of the Specialized Prosecutor’s Office, who bears the code W03594, who testified under security measures hiding his identity, said that he was part of the Kosovo Liberation Army since March 1998.
