In the absence of the accused and in the absence of evidence, the initial hearings against 11 veterans of the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) for organizing a protest in August 2015 failed. The hearing against Xhevdet Qeriqi and 10 others was postponed for an indefinite period, until the identification of the owner of a car damaged during the protest, and the identification of the damage caused.
Judge Lumnije Krasniqi said that the next hearing will not be held until evidence is obtained regarding the ownership of a damaged car, whose damages are still unknown.
