The Government of the Republic of Kosovo has issued a statement regarding the April 23 elections in the four northern municipalities of Kosovo, where it has emphasized that the threatening campaign orchestrated by official Belgrade and executed through intimidation, pressure and blackmail by criminal instruments on the ground affected low turnout of citizens in these elections.
In this statement, the government says that yesterday’s elections were calm, peaceful and incident-free.
