The Government of Kosovo has approved the Draft Regulation for the Determination of Rules and Procedures for the Coverage of Expenses for Educational, Health or Rehabilitation Services for Children with Disabilities in another Municipality.
During the Government Meeting, the Minister of Justice, Albulena Haxhiu said that this draft regulation defines the actions that must be taken by the responsible institutions in order to provide all educational, health or rehabilitation services for children with disabilities, in accordance with their specific needs.
Also, in the meeting of the Government held today, the draft administrative instruction was approved for the cooperation of institutional structures and mechanisms with Non-Governmental Organizations for the Implementation of Rights Policies and the Provision of Child Protection Services.
In this regard, Haxhiu said that this project-guideline defines the ways of cooperation of institutional structures and mechanisms in civil society organizations, in order to ensure the full implementation of affirmative policies for the protection of children and the realization of their rights.
