In the fifth conference on the progress of the case against Hysni Gucati and Nasim Haradinaj, the vaccination of former KLA leaders in the Special Court and the facilitation of anti-Covid-19 measures are being discussed. It was announced that the vaccination of the accused with the second dose will be done until June 4, while the defense of Gucati and Haradinaj also requested the facilitation of family visits.
Ralf Rosh, from the Administrative Office of the Special Court, said that their aim is to remove all restrictions, but it is the rules of the state of the Netherlands which must be respected.
