Over 200 different companies from the six Western Balkan countries and other European countries are participating in the International Business Fair. Also, on the third day of the fair, there are many visitors from cities of different countries in the Palace of Congresses in Tirana.
On the second floor, the Faba winery with different wines is represented by the first female sommelier in Albania, Entela Cenko.
She told KosovaPress about the 15-year-old winery and the types of wines they produce.
“Apart from wine labels, the winery also has its distilleries, one of its most famous distillates is a brandy… We are present here; we should be more present because these collaborations with fairs should be more fruitful. We have a few shortcomings in marketing as a state, or as a company that organizes this fair”, she said.
The Faba winery has vineyards in the areas of Fier and Vlora, where the Albanian red wine and the red bull wine are then produced.
“It has a long history, the gentleman who founded this it is the father of Altin Driza, he is one of the people who created it as a family and it has an early origin of the winery. It has been created about 15 years ago, it has vineyards in the area of Fier and the area of Vlora. It’s a family winery”, she said.
This year marks the 27th edition of the International Business Fair in Tirana, which is organized by Klik Ekspo Group.
