A large fire has engulfed the well-known club “Gate Club” in Pristina during the morning hours and so far there are no reports of injuries except for material damage. The Deputy Commander of the Fire Brigade, Abdusamed Shkodra, has provided details about this fire. He said that in the early hours of the morning for a short time the fire was localized and prevention measuers were taken in order to stop the fire from spreading to other buildings.

“Teams have arrived at the scene, have started extinguishing the fire. For a short time, the fire was localized and the spread to nearby buildings was prevented. Teams are still dealing with extinguishing the fire. There are no injuries, while the fire brigade from Lipjan and the unit from Prishtina Airport have also come to our aid. The fire has not been completely extinguished, but there is no danger, everything is under control”, he said.
