A plastic factory inside the Business Park in the village of Korrotica e Eperme in Drenas has been engulfed in fire.
After this case, the first of this municipality, Ramiz Lladrovci, came to the scene.
Lladrovci tells KosovaPress that citizens have started to complain because the smoke has reached Mitrovica and that they are afraid that the fire will not stop and will cause ecological damage in the municipality of Drenas.
The case in question has been confirmed by the Kosovo Police, who announced that firefighters and police units are at the scene. “Today around 11:00, we received information about a fire incident at a factory in the village of Korrotica e Eperme in Drenas. Firefighters and the police are on the scene and are dealing with the case. For details, you will be notified in time”, said Flora Ahmeti, spokesperson of the Police for the region of Prishtina.
